FOR EXPERIENCED MENTORS & GUIDES
Drawing from the well of ancient transformative process, this training welcomes participants into deeper connection with self, circle and society. Across two nights and two days we will grow closer to our own innate gifts through the time-tested framework of the Medicine Wheel, coming to understand its applications in mentoring, Rites of Passage, and daily life.
This unique experience is offered in collaboration with Rites of Passage guide and council facilitator Rob Miller of Cascadia Quest, and is held in an outdoor, natural setting. Camping accommodations, breakfasts and dinners provided.

~ MEET THE GUIDES ~
Founder and Director of Cascadia Quest, Rob Miller is a wilderness guide, ceremonialist, wildcrafter, council leader, loving parent, and fun-loving instigator of radical earth-based culture change. He guides and teaches rites of passage, grief ceremony, ancestral skills and other related growth activities for Cascadia Quest and beyond.
Nicky & Alex
As co-founders & lead guides at Journeymen, Nicky Wilks & Alex Craighead bring over two decades of experience working with youth & adults in transformative settings. As teachers, mentors, coaches and community leaders both have dedicated their lives to re-integrate rites of passage and organic mentorship into modern life.
As a professional life coach and after 5+ years as a sex educator, Jenny Russell is a skilled facilitator who creates safe and meaningful opportunities for deep connection and exploration. She is devoted to empowering human potential and currently serves her Eugene, OR community as a Casacidia Quest guide-in-training.
