For Human Development Guides & Facilitators
Building upon the foundations of Navigation I, this series of advanced-level training exposes participants to a broad range of skills that support aspiring and current professionals engaged in transformational work.
Nav II is led by a rotating cohort of experienced guides from within Journeymen and our greater community. Offered once per year, each session in the series focuses on a specific theme relevant to emergent patterns in our work and the culture at large.
While this training is open to the public, it is designed primarily for adults who already have some relevant field experience to draw from – often this includes, but is not limited to, outdoor/wilderness guides, therapists, facilitators, teachers, & coaches.

Get ready for a deep dive into the art of transformative process by connecting deeply with your own inner guide as well as a larger community of like-minded and open-hearted professionals committed to creating positive change in the world. This training series is often intense, and will invite you to explore your own “edges” in the work.
